Badly burned while rescuing Mothergod, Jack Boniface is nursed back to health by the soldier-woman from the future, Elya. Later, Shadowman battles Archer and Armstrong before discovering that he has been serving the wrong master. Jack finally realises that Mothergod’s plan shall destroy all Creation.
